I think there will be daily fluctuations as the traders trade, and that is all good. But the overall trajectory for the coming months, will be northwards. These prices are crazily low TBH and the merchant banks credentials are rock solid and very profitable. When the car stuff is completed or known clearly, the dividend alone will be well worth the wait.

CBG acting with prudence and hopefully long term shareholders will be rewarded.

My estimation is eventually the fine for Close Brothers will be between 75-100 £million, basically just 1 year’s dividend payout !!!! AOP for 2023 alone, is going to be in excess of £100 million.
