I would imagine they have a few days to validate the request and also to clarify that Align of the requisite amount of shares to issue the EGM requisition, so the next couple of days is likely to be the probable time line for the RNS, KEP,.....GL S

Fair play to Align, the comm’s they have circulated certainly indicates a considered approach and it would also now appear that they have a tangible plan to share, along with sufficient support of major holders to move forward, hence the confirmation of the EGM requisition, it is also good to note, that their intention is not to clear all of the boardroom, which makes me believe they have support within the boardroom for the plans they are proposing, so all to play for and plenty to look forward too in the days ahead, I would also suggest it is highly unlikely the CLON holder is currently converting, it is more likely the market makers are sticking their necks out and are currently short,...KEP,...GL S

It is indeed very positive and it would appear to have taken on a more substantive feel to the project and I do wonder if this will go beyond provincial government level, hence why they have insisted the RGS moves across full time, to head up the in country/region leadership, he is hardly moving across to make himself redundant, I think we have the usual impatience and also a sizeable seller in the mkt depressing the share price, rather than the story board of the business development, as that is clearly exceptional,....GL S

You may we’ll be right and It wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see them walk away from the funding deal and take an alternative route, I would also suggest that will be part of the Align plan, along with a shake up of the board, with circa 65% in free float and a number of disillusioned large holders the board are very vulnerable, .....GL S

Any ideas of how many shares Align hold?, I noticed some social media comment that they are already plus 3% and if so, I would expect to see a TR1 in the days ahead,....GL S

With circa 65% of the equity in public hands, there is a very good chance Align could get some traction with their plan for an EGM, speed will be of the essence, whilst it is still a relatively small number of shares in issue.
