Fwiw, I have also done my own research and what is clearly evident for those in the know, is that the hearing you are referring to is now a side show and probably borders on being irrelevant, what appears to be the situation is it was only process error highlighted by An Taisce, Which apparently related to the government department issuing the permit too soon, only by a small number of days, there were no issue with the detail or process followed for the site survey and as we are all aware PVR have actually retracted the first survey application, we now have Government and An Taisce barristers currently communicating and I am sure that An Taisce will be happy with their little victory in 2018 and we all move on under the new permit process, if you look hard enough, based upon you researching skills, you will be able to pick up the relevant hearing notes that are in the public domain,...GL S
