No luck there PP I'm afraid! The BOD are saying Q3 and from the graphics during presentation it indicated early Q3 but there again why wouldn't it! If you took a suggested straight forward 150 De Novo as stated on the website and you add holidays and weekends to that figure then it runs until 26th June. There is a slight delay now pushing into Q3 but just as important were the comments on funding. They are in advanced talks with 4 more NHS regions for Lipidincode (each could add £40-50K month in revenues), Germany is in initial stages but following our NHS model, Italy has come on-line, also expansions in Spain which includes Cardioincode and the first Tier one institutions in US have on-boarded and ordering Cardioincode but processed through out CLIA Lab in California. Don't forget that the FDA approval is foe CIC Kit which can be processed through other institutions CLIA Labs, hence allowing a rapid expansion. The management are holding costs back until approval (was £750K now £400K / Month) and said if or when funding was needed then they would look at all methods but would probably look at capital loans or collaborations (Matthew Walls said he may be able to talk about these possible collaborations in the near term!) but any funding would be a 'Light Touch' in comparison to the revenues being generated at that specific time. Final negotiations for insurance pay outs for Cardioincode after approval are currently between $500 and $760 / test but the BOD are negotiating hard, although either figure gives good margins.
LipidinCode will be our money maker this year as it is the most detailed test with the quickest turn around 5-7 days and highly cost effective and our SITAB system is winning acclaim as the results are sent straight back to the consultants portals and the system is exactly the same for every country of operation.
This company is building strength from its base and that takes time but I'm guessing that a nice entry could be available to late comers with the slight FDA delay. The only problem is trying to get a quote for nay volume today.
