I did ask yesterday if Rudyard will get drilled as 'Targeted' at the end of October even if drilling activities are not complete at Clink1 by that time?

I suspect that it will not as Ingomar is the Marquee project for HEX and with the recent gas shows in mud will have all available resources thrown at it. Even if this does require a new side step well to be drilled. I think that would also be within budget. Bo did say that they have already identified a new location for that if required.

Dm shouted no raise when questioned which is very welcome but I do think that Rudyard will be delayed if Clink1 casing is not straight forward and requires a re-drill. How far that delay depends on how Fall in the region develops over the next few months. Perhaps they could drill anytime up to Christmas as I have never been invested in drilling this geographic region before.

My second question unanswered was that of costs of extending the Rudyard asset. originally during IPO presentations Bo mentioned that an adjacent lease was not interested in negotiations at that time. Things have obviously changed there but at what cost?

I'm only evaluating my risk strategy whilst reading all of yours which are all welcome and wait in anticipation of the BIG RIG arrival in next couple of weeks. Hopefully casing goes as planned and we can all breath silently again. I do believe that this team will crack Ingomar and produce some great results for us all but a delay in the two projects is a reality in my current view.

I will be honest KR that whilst dummy trading Geni over the past few weeks I couldn't buy more than £4K at any one time so a lot of the shares seem in relatively sticky hands. News either way can soon alter that as we know all too well!

@ KR, Genihalf half year results out on Wednesday with a presentation so might get some answers to revenues coming in from lipidincode and we are still waiting for the CIC score FDA approval which dare I say for the 4th time could be very close now. The share price has held with very few transactions over the past few weeks so it looks like people have positioned for the wait. It could be big and well worth waiting for so why not! Otherwise we need revenues to help cash flows in the medium term so have a look on Wednesday as the picture might get clearer. Cheers Swissy.

On the theme of your question I would like to ask:

a) If they experience difficulty lining the shale horizon with the new rig will they go again at Ingomar with another well and line the problem area as they go?

b) The RNS stated that regards Rudyard that Rig mobilisation would be 'Targeted" for the end of October and as such sounds like an exact date has not been confirmed. Will Rudyard be delayed until Ingomar drilling has been successful and if so with Fall getting close could that mean possible delays until spring for Rudyard appraisal well (under that situation)?

I am expecting good news from the presentation as the BOD have been so proactive at every stage thus far but would love to know the BOD thoughts on that scenario. GLA Swissy

Lets hope that the collaboration stated today and other collaborations in the US are starting to materialise into decent revenue flows with Lipidincode in the USA. I suppose some light will be cast on this and other revenues on 25th presentation. GLA Swissy.

I am hoping all will go very well Deep100 but ref Rudyard the RNS does state that they are' targeting' to mobilise the Cardwell rig in late October which in my mind means that it is dependant on good results at Clink1 and that a confirmed date has not been stated. Also the costs of extra Rudyard Licences were not stated when original deal was quickly highlighted and costs of bigger rig were withheld where original rig costs were shouted from the roof tops. My question is why not? DM will probably spin the answers to these on 23rd Sept Investor meet but we have all experienced those before @HE1. The sp will probably rise after that meeting as he is has an infectious enthusiasm for the masses. Lets hope for the best, cheers Swissy.

@Deep100, I agree that the two rigs allow that to be a possibility ref timelines it is more a costs issue that could change things. If the casing at Clink1 isn't straight forward then whilst the bigger rig is onsite do they just go again and case the shales as they go? While this is happening with the extra costs does Rudyard still go ahead or put on hold as they know the gas is there anyway. Ingomar was always the prime project for HEX and as such will get all resources thrown at it especially with the helium and Hydrogen shows thus far. I love the project and BO's direction but delays make sp's to slide on AIM as we know. I'm not trying to be negative just how to be realistic to current potential risks.

It wouldn't be the first time that sausage fingers have made trades on my phone either Deep100. I almost put my money back in @21.5p this morning but held off as I want some operational details confirmed i.e. I have stated before that it looks like Rudyard will not be started before Clink1 casing and flow testing is complete (time lines stated in RNS that Rudyard expected to start late October!). There have been no costs referred to mobilisation of new drill and if deepening goes ahead then at what cost. The weather into fall in Montana turns around end of October and can get snow and sub zero temps and if Ingomar runs late could this push Rudyard into a next spring drill situation.

I agree RNS is good news and shows a proactive BOD and no argument there but there are operational risks. If all goes well then the sp could blow and everyone is happy but a delay into next spring could also easily happen. Obviously I wouldn't post this on the Helix BB as would get shot at dawn and I will be looking to get back in fully before new rig arrives. Best of luck Swissy.

Unfortunately Horult all that I needed to blow a hole in my pocket was a load of HE1 shares but I'm not bitter, well the therapist has got me over the second stage of rehabilitation and so I don't think that I'm bitter, lol!

Just watching the news headlines and looked sideways at my mobile phone and thought yep I don't know who built that or what is inside it. I know they can all be activated as listening devices even whilst turned off but to think that they could take you out on command is terrifying really.

Yes I took some off the table on the drop and didn't replace them with 16.3p when offered as news was all fresh and actually still is (only my hopeful thinking) and rig replacement has not been notified yet has it! Will there be funds taken off the table then as in effect the casing might not be that straight forward after all. Any further delay will not help either. Do we think they would start Rudyard before Ingomar is complete and costs realised or will funds in bank see us ok anyway? A few unanswered questions that can reduce the current climb, although unless out of the box bad news then I don't think we will see 16p again. Yes I missed this one and hold my hands up high, lol!

Just Looking for some ideas on timelines now as I know the original rig has got a couple of jobs to do before Rudyard spudding but do people think that they would start Rudyard before Ingomar has been sorted anyway. I know we have cash in the bank but new larger drill will cost £Xm ? and would Helix split themselves financially at that stage before knowing final costs at Ingomar?

I admit to thinking get Ingomar and all associated costs finalised before Rudyard is appraised as the resource isn't going anywhere but costs are, and if we did having drilling issues and costs at Rudyard then we could be stretching money and resources. Yes Dai I can admit to missing that low as I was offered 16.23p to buy back in and didn't take it. I sold out during the first run from IPO for 21.2p and caught it rights it dropped back to 19p after that. I still think that there will be a wait for this rig and mobilisation of a larger rig won't be cheap even if they have funds currently available. I don't think that they will start Rudyard until all costs have accumulated here otherwise they could have technical issues overthere and get stuck between jobs without enough operating costs. Any delay will affect the sp and I am still hoping that within the next 2-3 weeks I get an opportunity. It has happened on virtually every exploration I have been invested in so far, although that could just be my bad luck and or judgement. Anyway don't worry about lost day sp rises as long as cash is in the bank waiting to pounce. Watch it go to 30p next week as BO's best mate rolls up with a rig at the weekend lol!

Hex now showing 10.2% up on HL. I guess the interview has helped but once you get a 10% rise then the traders will start taking the profit to close before the weekend.....but what do I know!
