Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
They have been in discussions for a long time, it was 14p not long ago.
Its all about the market cap. Could easily a lot higher in a few years. I hope we keep some of KSK, e.g. 30 - 50 percent free carry.
Lets see. Im here for a few more years yet
Tony values this company at over 1 billion dollars (In the future). The size of our other asset is huge, Tony compares it to SOLG asset its only a bit smaller and look at that market cap!
Remember BKM has had about 70 million spent on it already plus it has so much opportunity to expand and could add 75 / 80 million more to the current NPV of 120 million.
We are far too cheap, but its a bad market for Miners, if we were booming we would be a much bigger market cap.
so we are getting a proposal for a buyout or JV on Friday and we are not moving.
also said that it would likely have negations back and forward to be resolved within 2 weeks for a sign partnership (all being well).
Additionally if this deal was not the best for shareholders Tony has had multiple calls for off take agreements.
All for under 50 million market cap. Do you really think AE will not bid multiples of that or commit to the capex to build this. I guess the rns would be at after the weekend whatever the bid.
Looking forward to the webinar.
I still can't believe we are valued so low around 52 million. I guess everyone is still buying the covid stocks that have gone up 2000 percent. This is near the lows and could bag a few times easily!
1 billion dollar market cap has always been Tonys aim. Sure it will take a few years yet but this is the first step
Worth remembering these are the numbers. lets say we keep 30 percent of this with no further cost. It is still a few bags from here and then we have the bigger asset to work on.
Initial mine life 9 years with strong potential to convert Inferred Resources to extend mine life
Initial project revenues of $1.27 billion
EBITDA: US$563.3 million
Average free cash flow (after tax) over 2023-2026 of $94 million, peaking at $97 million in 2025
Also a strong chance of extending the free cash flow out as they look to extend the mine life to 12 years (at least IMO) - Value uplift and life extension through exploration will enhance an already robust project
Amazing news.
for a 30 million market cap.
I am a huge fan of Tony and it looks like he is doing it again as he did at Oxiana! (now Oz Minerals).
I have been here 5 years and will hold a few more yet. Hopefully slicing some more back above 10p.
I should add just lookout how many placings they have done! amazing amount of money raised and they sell products so cheap they don't make money.
Uk call centre costs to much IMO
listed at 10p now 0.05p in a few years. Same useless BOD selling very cheap broadband to the worst companies in the UK. No money in 10 / 20 pound broadband to businesses.
failed business model with a bad BOD
my personal opinion is the exclusivity agreement will get extended. I also think that will be a good sign that a deal will come.
I only say that because I doubt they are able to complete the on the ground assessments with the lockdown rules.
Just my view but I will add more if we drop, also the markets are so bad at the moment except the covid bubble any buyer will be pushing hard.
I know Tony is one of the best CEO's / chairmans around and he will be trying to secure the nest deal for shareholders.
Also this is a CEO that has done this before.

Its not the company presentation I posted. and in the recent RNS.
AE could buy this and we get a free carry.
1.3 billion revenue over 9 years can we get a 50 50 split? or even 30 or 40 for us would be good.
When is the next consolidation? that seems to be his trick.
Jokes aside it does look cheap down here, although I have thought that many times over the last 10 years and its always gone lower.
They are finally at the business end...
