i may have already sold to early at 16.2p, i still own 2000 shares. im slightly more eager to lock in profit at the moment as my BRR nightmare still haunts me. could have had a huge profit at 7p there. thought they would rocket on the news. that was that. id still love to see 40p with my free shares!!! obviuosly i sold just over half early so might kick myself but profits profit. also PRA looking very good for short term rises.

fully understand your reasoning. although each company is different. other RI in CSLT at 5p there at 11p ish have been 25p since RI. FDL RI was 20p around 40p have been near 50p since RI. the share consolidation will hopfully happen when these are nearer 2p (£2). most shares from my experience do not go below RI price not even close. maybe this is near the bottom?????

the 66 million was a buy. the 10 million was an uncrossing trade. so i expect the sp to open up at 1.45 or 1.46p as that was the true sp close. the shares sold at 1.32 were considered bargain shares after the one of the biggest ever RI issues to clear the 880 million debts, now cleared. this has to be very very close to bottom. or the RI has truly stiched up shareholders and no confidence will be here. each case is different but after a RI the share price is normally at least towards double of the issiued shares price. the more i read the more i see a good recovery stock. granted there are issues but cant see it going much lower than the current 1.4p mark

Shares in Songbird Estates (LSE: SBDB.L - news) , the majority owner of Canary Wharf, are down 24 percent at 1.45 pence after the property developer completes a dilutive share sale to raise 1.03 billion pounds and enable it to repay an 880 million pound loan from Citigroup (NYSE: C - news) . The company gets a 59.6 percent initial take-up of the new stock from existing shareholders and sells the remainder in the market at a price of 1.32 pence per share. Matthew Churstain, analyst with KBC Peel Hunt says the current price could represent a buying opportunity.
