firstly i dont know much about tmmg, although i did see they have 20 . 1 million net debt? anybody explain where they owe this too? is this why they are so low priced?

very true, its a clever move from ashcroft to wipe off8 million debt! he dosent lose out as if yo like hes swapped 8 million from a better compant to this..... DYOR good luck all but 10 .3 mill debt on a comany worth 2 mill. notgeat, oh it will be 2 mill debt and loadsa shares soon, wow.... i hope it does rise but cant see it being sustained. try TLY for a undervalued PROFIT making company

it not de ramping, ashcroft has made a last ditch attempt to keep this goin, and with the extra shares at higher proce, some peopl thing its a great deal. if a new investor put 8 mill in then id say great,, but this company is in very very bad shape, thats a fact!

has 10.3 million of debt, market cap only 2 mill. the 8 mill funding is same guy owning both companies, so he is paying to keep this rubbish ging, DYOR. this should be a lot less. trying a profit making company.
