Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I totally agree with you Roscon, I read somewhere that one would have to own an electric car on its original battery for over 80 years to undo the envioromental impact of its production. You could own a 1950’s 6 litre V8 and it is more environmentally friendly than a new car. The emissions at the tail pipe are the only a tiny part of this, the manufacturing is the issue. And we’ve gone on average from a new car every 10 years to one every 3 for a lot of people on lease models ect. Unfortunately it’s a lot of smoke, mirrors and political BS without actually addressing or fixing the point things should be built to last and people encouraged to look after and keep them and maintain them, but that’s not how consumerism works. Rant over.
Pat48, all this seems like amazing news but just how long until the tide turns, until we, the private investors are no longer treated with contempt and how long until we actually see some fruition to the promises. I 100% believe this company could and probably will be a Titan one day but it would be nice to feel that the company valued us and was at least doing something to protect us and improve the status quo.
I wonder how many extra eyes an endorsement like that will gain us? From my take it’s pretty much the us government naming us and green lighting us as a good safe company to get behind and invest in. Or am way of the mark. Could that be what sparked the interest bot yesterday. Let’s hope so, it’s time we got back to minimum fair value.
I don’t comment often, but I currently work in and around the automotive industry, and if you saw the lengths that Audi for example go to to mark an EV safe to work on is quite a protocol. Most of the time the batteries are stored well away from the workshop ect and they are all very very cautious of how they treat and handle these vehicles and batteries. It seems insane to me that they’d even consider batteries no longer fit or capable for the original purpose, yet deeming them suitable and SAFE to be installed in someone’s home, seeing the precautions that the dealers take, it blows my mind. There’s also the mentality that with conventional batteries the older a unit gets the less stable it becomes, so essentially a time bomb in you home. No thank you.
Me too Pdub, but without someone pushing us to fore the we will remain the best kept secret on AIM. I truly hope our worm will turn soon. I fully believe and I am all in here, but would very much like to see a PR campaign begin.
Hale, during that time I would also expect the base cost to be reduced significantly, allowing an even greater margin.
A bit of excitement this morning which was nice, but it appears to have stalled out for now. I’ve not had time to look yet today but have we seen any big dumps to control the price today?
Fantabulous news, but what I’m struggling to understand is why would they not release that sort of ground braking information in an RNS. It’s all going the right way and appears to be gathering pace, so fingers crossed we’ll be on the move up soo which is much overdue and deserved.
You are not alone Sanchez, we have also kept the faith. Praying for a rise soon as, due to the pandemic we are going to have to sell a few shares to support our business. Come on Fortune please, one of your amazing news strings would be heaven right now, please.
