Yes, I agree with all that pretty much. Trouble is the process, nobody seems to know how it is managed in the circumstances of the MI disagreeing with the local authority because I think it's a rare situation. What they have to decide is the most appropriate land use. And I agree with you Pocko about the spring budget package's negative potential. So what shall what do we do now....the letter from the Chairman is, after all the third letter and I don't think the company received any response from the first two. Then that question from the government, what do you want us to do with the application now and our response which was to send it back to the MI. What was that all about, what did the government think we wanted them to do with it? Since then of course the MI has be reexamined it and returned it for the second time with their recommendation that the concession should be granted...more than a year ago. The thing that keeps me going is that it would have been easy enough to say No. And they have given us plenty of encouragement along the way....the herding business can coexist with the mining business, the law is enough, the ore is where it is, etc.etc. And we have support from other businesses and two Mayors in Norbotten.
