Morning All. Yes, not bad. Now I've got to have another go at doing it; so it's not direct through Primary Bid as it was last time, which I thought it was and I've got my new account set up and ready if I can find the Corporate Action, which I couldn't find yesterday, found the heading but not the Offer. Sigh! Might have to buy a few first....here goes, I'll keep you posted, but I maybe some time.

I made a mistake with that date, when I said the end of the first half of 2024, here it is straight from the horses mouth, RNS dated 22 Jan 2024:

"The Company understands that the Court will consider the Government's submission alongside that of the applicant and is expected to reach a decision during the first half of 2024. Further updates will be provided as appropriate."

Eric...I've managed it, nearly killed me, not bought any yet because the Corporate Action seems not to apply if you haven't got any already, even though it is a retail offer. So...I'll buy a few tomorrow and see if I can access the offer. Muchas gracias, amigo and I promise not to blame you if it goes tits up. X

Morning Eric, yes we are.. but he's got to get the money. Another point which came out wrong in the previous presentation was that the EIA would take months and then about 1-2 years, meaning submission of the Application would take months and the process with the Environmental Court 1-2 years.

Morning Wots....No, we don't...there isn't a date except for the fact that in an RNS (think it was January) it said it was expected by the end of the first half of 2024. End of June at the latest if that's true.

One of the negatives we've heard from our detractors is that workers at the mine would be commuting from outside Jokkmokk, the fact that Dmytro would be living was a worthwhile point, imo.

And remember CSP drove us all mad using the phrase we'll be going ahead...when we couldn't go ahead with anything because we couldn't get the Government to deal with the Application.

Trouble is we've been listening to that for 13 years...he's not a natural presenter but he made some good points at the end about offtake agreements being premature before the PFS because we could be giving too much away. He mentioned two Sami villages had challenged the Government's decision which I think it was right to do and the new Project Manager for Jokkmokk Iron and that he would spend a lot of time in Jokkmokk. And some copper results due. And BEM wouldn't run with all of the projects.

Investors are very awkward and inconvenient people...traders are much easier to manage.

very difficult indeed, that's the trouble. it says in the primary bid bem offer e mail:

"instructions for how to access primarybid transactions through the uk’s 3 largest investment platforms are available through the following links."

and these three largest investment platforms are a j bell, hargreaves landsdown and interactive investor.

i might consider opening an account with ii because it's easy (ish) and cheap but there's no point me making the effort if they're not involved with this offer.

Eric...They can't because they're not taking part with Primary Bid....Mayflower has had the same trouble with HSBC/

You need to open a Primary Bid account, I think....and I did see Interactive Investor on their list.

Did you look on Interactive Investor or Primary Bid? I think you have to deal direct with them...but they're not using Barclays so far as I can find out.

Eric, yes I did have a problem but it was with Primary Bid not Barclays...if you remember I hate doing anything on a smart phone, couldn't do it on laptop, I managed it in the end...hands like a navvy had to get one of those pointy things. Barclays did apologise, told me to keep checking Corporate Actions, must admit I haven't checked yet so If anyone else has managed it, tell me. Primary Bid can be done on a laptop now but not with Barclays. Scream!

Mayflower. I've had the same trouble, Barclays isn't taking part and I can's open a new ISA with another platform until April. Only way is to open another trading account and I don't want to do that because it'll be a lot of hassle. I'll just have to wait and see how it plays out, which I'm not very pleased about because I don't want it to go down any further.
