The Company can't deliver on the Appeal Decision it's totally out of their hands. Nobody I don't imagine except the legal people would have expected this business to take as long as it has...it's scuppered us, We're the market as you say Pocko and the market doesn't like uncertainty. Anyone investing has to prejudge the Court's decision, which we have done obviously because we're still in which is pretty reckless when you think about it.

Little was achieved in 2023 that's true but it's a bit too early to assess the progress for 2024, we might catch up a bit if the Court business is favourable to us.

Just technicalities.

Agree the fundraise was a sledge hammer and it hit us a bit hard but feeling we might still catch up a bit if the Court business is settled in favour of the Government's decision; we would have achieved that at least plus rapid progress with the PFS, which would put us on firmer ground than we've ever been on before.

The funding issue and the investing issue is connected with the outcome of the Appeal...I don't know if I'm overestimating that or not but it seems pivotal to me and it must surely be resolved in the next few months.

Morning Eric. Yes, that's good...I was wondering how it would work, it's arcane stuff to me. I feel like saying on we go then it's going to be exciting but people have had enough of my enthusiasm so I'll try to be a bit more restrained for a bit if I can manage it. :-)

Eric...He also confirmed what you suspected that the Vardar 100% wasn't fully completed but it would be, just admin stuff. And they obviously can't do with 4 million what they could have done with 8 million....but he was upbeat about getting investment...we did speculate a while back that the fundraise was a bit optimistic in the circumstances of the Appeal result being an unknown. What is a bit odd is that you just replied to a post I hadn't yet posted.

Morning Eric. I thought he said the cash would be used primarily for the two 2 core projects. And spending less on Vardar by bringing the management in house. If they are spending a little bit it must be because they expect to get something out of it. Have to listen to it again, actually I thought it was good, what Pocko might call a straight bat.

Chutless....He said the funding would be used primarily to advance the two core assets, Kallak and the GAMP in Finland.

"We need more mines to reduce Sweden's and the EU's dependence on raw materials from third countries. A secure and sustainable supply of minerals and metals is necessary to enable green social construction, strengthen competitiveness and electrify Sweden. This proposal is a cornerstone in the government's work to streamline and make permit processes more predictable," says Energy and Industry Minister Ebba Busch .

New regulations concerning applications in Natura 2000 areas but that doesn't apply to us because we're not in one.
