If I were Bandy I would target a smaller co with potential rather than a substantial asset. It would not be in his best interests to go any other route otherwise his value would also be minimised

A lot also depends on what the new target is involved in. I admit i am wondering what he is going to purchase and whether he sticks to Oil and Gas

Sunzoo, I am not excited but I am happy about the timeline which has put him under pressure to deliver. Otherwise we could have been waiting an indefinite period.

RMP shareholders will get something but I agree the allocation will be interesting. By definition an acquisition should give RMP the controlling interest

I think the withdrawal from the NOPTA one was for a reason. He will pull something out the bag now. It’s a great RNS as they have kicked him up his ar@se. He would have been fully aware that he needs to transact. The last RNS did have a sense of urgency which I liked. Let’s see what happens now

If there are more purchases and it is sustained then yes I would expect an RNS .

Whatever the rise is for .. who knows. However, it shows how quickly this moves with a few purchases due to lack of shares in circulation.

Yes , patience required. But when it kicks off, I would
rather be in than scrambling to get in. It moves too fast and then it becomes a risk at higher levels.

No all is good. Read the last RNS ...good balance sheet. Top twenty shareholders hold most of the shares. Only 175m in circulation.

Hi Swify, I agree his reasoning for pulling out was almost non existent. However, in terms of raising funds he has never raised funds at this level and it’s always been at the 2p + level and hence why the number of shares in circulation is so low which makes this stock quite interesting. He was once asked if he was planning raise funds and his reply was” yes but not at this level. “. He also used the phrase “ extremely confident” in this RNS of getting another prospect” which l think means he has got his eye on something. I can’t see the funds going to £2.1m as the main overheads is just him on $80k and another part time consultant. The rest is quite minimal. If you look at the burn rate from the last update it is very low. I am not a fan of his but I appreciate his eye on the finances. He is very likely to drill again and I want to be in rather than out when he does.

Or he had a good reason to pull out of Perth. He is the CEO it is his judgement, he knows the facts we don’ t. As long as he brings a good prospect forward I am fine with it.
