good post Rockford. Personally i am not keen on publishing the name of the Cryptographer as we need to respect the wishes of FG to keep this private. However, i take your point on the contract expiry and would expect FG to be in constant contact with this individual anyway, so i HOPE this is all in hand. The options deferral/extension is not a great look but it is what it is. I am not concerned about this being a scam at all and just ignored those posts. However, whehter they can achieve this monumental task of being the faster miner is the risk we take.

Agreed 22- it is coming up to 3 months of no news, i really hope FG delivers here and the wait is worth it. FG will have to address the options issue fairly quickly anyway, but i hope we get a lot more of an update than this at the same time.

Back to Qbt, yes the last RNS talks about the need to complete experimental mining which i hope is now finished and they have the results they wanted. Your comment on "blow the doors off" IS EXACTLY what we need, which right now is in the hands of FG and we have to be patient. I am really hoping that they have achieved their goal and will get ready to file a patent. Unfortunately , patent news is still not ready yet, but lets hope it comes off

The options e-mail will be have to be a deferral or extension now which is not going to be great news.
What we need is the update on operational activity desperately , i.e mining / not mining , speed / enviornmental impact etc etc. This is the ONLY thing that matter now

22- FG will need to show his hand at some point, and a lot of investors will take a view then. It is clear the trades are now minimal and the share price will remain here until he does. However, just to give him some credit the task he trying to complete is very complex and I would expect it to take a little while as if it was quick then everyone would do it
