As for testing it is an R&D compnay so it is key otherwise it would be disastourous to launch a porduct that they turns out to be ineffective. LTH's are quite strong with this share., so we are not bothered. However, if you are weak, or on CFD's etc....you can be flushed out. Its all part of the stock market

In terms of the patent , are we sure it has been fully approved? if so then we need an RNS. However, i am sure there is a little discretion with the timeline for release, although i would expect it very soon now.
