Thanks Northern, I though it was about time I was pulling my weight! Winston, great to see you back - I hope you whooped his ar5e on the tennis court - that's probably why he wasn't in the office today. I can't wait to play again - I've sprained my right wrist so no tennis, salsa etc ATM - maybe it's rsi from the keyboard!! Northern, I'll wait until we have any points from anyone else - I'm sure that M6RKT will have questions too and I'll then put it together for all to see before I send it - IMO you get one good crack at the beginning so it makes sense to do it well. I hope you all agree. I'm off to my ladies investment club dinner tonight - there are 20 of us and we talk about everything but shares - can you imagine trying to keep 20 women's eyes on the ball? We've been going for around 10 years now and all stick £25 a month in so it will be interesting to see who brings a tip for tonight's £500 worth! December's was the best - we spent November and December on a Christmas party - now that's what I call good investing!! Have a nice evening gentlemen and I'll expect your homework ready for me in the morning. SusieB x
Well Hello Boys!!! M6RKT having just read your post I thought why not? So I've just called Engel in Israel and they couldn't put me through to Mr Nota, so I asked to speak to Samuel Hibel who is the CFO, He was very charming and pleased that we as investors are still supporting the company. His english was a little difficult to understand so he suggested that I send him an e mail. He said that once he has my e mail address he will keep me posted with relevant information, So I think that before I send the e mail we should get our heads together with a defined list of questions that we require answers to. I see that we've lost our meagre gain!
Ah so if I told you that EEE will reach 12p in 6 months would you believe me? I hope so because that's my target!!!! Ever the optimist. Why don't we put our considerable psychic skills together and get into the mind of Mr Nota? Where's Winston gone, he could help too... I think he's got the hump with you now LOL Come back Winston we miss you. x
A chef in the kitchen, the face of an angel, a bod to die for, a sharp wit and an inquisitive mind, oh I nearly forgot 200K EEE shares - just about makes me the perfect woman I guess - Now just try and guess which of those are true!
Darling where have you been?? You see while the cats away........ What do you think of all this psychic stuff then? Me and Northern have been sending out signals to boost the sp - where were you when we needed you, the power of 3 - ooh just pressed the shift key and it came up as a £ sign instead of 3 - perhaps it's a sign that we are all going to fill our boots - size 9s hopefully????? Lovely to see you back x
I really can't believe it - you are bang on! Redhead and proud of it!! Crowning glory blah blah blah. Never wanted to be a blonde - just don't get the point of sticking a bucketful of bleach on your head, maybe that's why their brains get fried! OK - I'm going for light brown for you. You see, all this ESP is why we are invested here - we obviously have some psychic knowledge that EEE is going to fly....
Morning, Thanks for the positive post. I totally agree with you as you know, but due to a myriad of contributing factors ie global issues over sovereign debt and general market sentiment at the moment, plus what will no doubt be a total shake up of the BOD of EEE, we will have to sit tight until IMO Q3 before we see any real changes to the SP. The only thing that will have a definite impact would be a large asset disposal in the short term, but with the east european property market still a tad shaky, it could be a while before any prospective large buyers emerge. As interest rates are still at a very attractive level for domestic buyers, and spring being the traditional time that the market will begin to improve, we should see results from the pickup once the money begins to come in from those sales - think of our system in terms of completion of purchase - it will probably be around 6-8 weeks from sale to completion so end of May beg. June should see funds beginning to flow. It would be interesting to see what sort of incentives EEE will now offer to attract those new buyers. Off topic, how amazing - I guessed your age to within 4 years and you've guessed mine within 3 - spooky!! OK next test - colour of hair???? If we keep going we can maybe guess the SP by the end of the year!! Best regards, Susie
Well SwEEEtiepie, here I am, Friday night watching the US market close up a little on the day, feeling a little bit of optimism after a day of carnage on the market and what do I see - one of my beloved Muskateers asking how old I am - far better surely to ask how YOUNG I am? My answer to you is old enough to have a few quid to play with and young enough to be a little daring with it. I still believe in us eventually doing well here but we will have to ride the storm.
As Vinny Jones would say: "Its been EEEmotional" Northern you old stalwart, I'm not ignoring you and our lovely board, it's just that until we give this guy a chance to shake a few feathers nothing much is going to happen, but happen it will, we just need to have patience. The only thing I can talk about on here to cheer you all up is that my wonderful date that I had for last weekend, lived over 50 miles away from me and yet somehow turned out that he had been dating a friend of mine for the last two years. Now that's what I call a man who likes to have his cake and eat it! Sadly instead of having two delicious cream cakes on his plate he is now left with just stale crumbs. The reason I'm giving you all this analogy is that our cream cake has been reduced to just a few crumbs but hopefully the new chef in the kitchen will have a fabulous recipe up his sleeve to produce a fabulous gateaux. Keep the faith everyone and we will all hopefully have a slice of the cake soon SB
Well hello honeys!! I'm sorry I've been lacking in my posts here! I've been far too busy having fun with Match.com - my fav. new toy!!! Well I might as well, whilst I'm waiting for all my investments to double! LOL I think this is going to be one to just show patience on. It was a great piece of news that they had brought the illustrious Mr Nota on board, but IMO until he has had the chance to hold the reins for a while and evaluate the best route forward we are unlikely to hear much from the company. Unfortunately, for each piece of news I find saying that Eastern European economies are set to fly, there will be another saying that it will be stagnant until 2011. However, the news that we are officially out of recession may start loosening purse strings a little as people move away from the fear factor and begin to look for other vehicles to put their money. Despite the recession there are still very few bargains to be had in the UK property market, owners just hung on to their bricks and mortar, but there may be much better bargains available showing a considerable discount in the likes of Bulgaria and Poland. That's my belief anyway. The fact is that Engel are still here even though many thought they were on their last legs and that can only be good. Onwards and upwards dear people, onwards and upwards!
Sorry guys, I just couldn't resist it. I know I should have posted something really profound and serious about EEE, but to be honest I'm not finding anything really exciting to report at the moment - our time will come, I'm not giving up.... Best regards Susie
