I have watched the video people are talking about and do not believe it is possible in the timelines. Especially given the contacts suggested are already at capacity.

I have a number of shares on a share certificate. I then have a number of shares in a SIPP account so there are two separate processes to follow.

I have seen comments about action against the government etc. Is there a registered group of people doing this? How do I get more details ?

New info but can’t see anything linked to Evraz in it. Just waiting holding shares hoping they come good again. Thought I had done my homework investing in FTSE100 companies.

Anyone know the tax implications ? My understanding is they are still an active share so until they list, fold nothing can be done. There is a risk with shares but never expected this to happen. How many pension funds have been burnt as well as they invest in FTSE100 companies?

Just waiting and hoping.

I am following the treasury updates and see the fact a special license was issued as a positive.

I invested in Evraz as did the pension companies as it was a FTSE100 company.

They are still trading through the sanctions with international operations and maintaining their workforce.

Any income they have is being used to pay down debt as dividends are not allowed.

They will relist at some point as others are saying it’s a waiting game.

Apparently my shares in my SIPP account cannot be converted to paper I presume this is due to the access age of 55 on SIPP accounts. Anyone else gave shares in a SIPP?

Sounds a good idea, I posted the link as soon as it was published.
Shareholders could not sell as trading already suspended so no control over anything.
I am hoping the company would look to hive off the Russian element of the company as a separate legal entity, like a sub? but as an overseas investment till this is over?
I have this in my pension so looked at 2-5 years hoping it will come good at some time.
I was hoping for a positive answer somewhere but the only ones seem to be emailing the sanctions office and we are not making tanks.
