Maybe it’s designed by VH to get the bidder out in the open and get a good price for his mates. Whilst I agree it’s his baby and that a strong motivation to take it private. He will also want to show his mates a good return.

There is only 20% free float plus lent out stock, so if all free float is held the shorters will not be able to manipulate other than amongst themselves which will be very costly. so hold and it will cost them and they will move on.
