What equipment does the Gov own ??? , where are they borrowing it from , or are they referring to the gov loans to the consortium so the government can mix & match. Therefore the consortium will do extremely well also ....

I really can’t see there being a large seller , holdings increased slightly. Why would ii’s be selling just after they were convinced to invest in the IPO ... no sense to me.
