From myside... you can’t have buyers unless you have sellers, the SP is nicely making ground in an upward direction with higher lows. Providing sentiment continues, higher lows above £1 this time next week with no news. With news next week who knows..... GLA :-)

The city of malaga is so under rated, its old town is fantastic, if only the train went further along the coast line down to Marbella or even Gibraltar... it would be so much cheaper than hiring an unnecessary car.

Duc.... I don’t have residency but have an apartment in Aguilas and have spent the last 20 years travelling back and forth. However , now I believe the new rule will be very short lived, Spain desperately needs us brits back and by the end of the year theses Brexit rules would have changed..... France also needs tourism and I think the whole issue will be dropped.

Guess where I’m from lol.... well travelled though .... love Thailand and Vietnam .... will spend the winter months in Spain near Marbella and spring in Antibes , just love the Med coast line ....
