Results exactly as expected with recovery from covid underway, near on 90% of business back in place and massively reduced debt a real bonus, steered through last year nicely and all set for recovery and growth as economy and business opens up :-)

Net Profit from continuing operations was £0.7m (2019: loss £2.2m). New customers won and new routes launched during FY2020 will drive the strong growth expected in 2021.

good news Aberforth see value ahead and sucked up 10% of company so far, takes a few weeks to gather that amount as seen by the stagnant sp, whilst mm's serviced the order....coiled spring now, business improving atva pace, new contracts and I'm pretty confident figures will be good an improving with a very positive outlook.....I would suggestwith the prospects ahead there will be increased interest in CAPD and with the recently suppressed sp an opportunity for increased buying :)

yup, that was an odd thing, KMK header in a Kape thread, anyway, at the time the post was referring to KAPE holding and just prior to the step in price they were only taking sells, with NT to buy...always a good sign....impressive few days here with huge interest and a business with impressive results to date :-)

re RNS the important aspect is that it's a new agreement, just signed and the material effect (income/sales) is ahead as the products are rolled out globally and as uptake begins, then it has a material effect on the sp. It is momentum building and demonstrates the new manufacturing and powerful reach of CPX products in this transformational period.

Many in the market have overlooked the transformation that is happening here, maybe due to past reason etc, however, imo securing some stock now is the key aspect and recognising an Aim tiddler is about to be a global palyer is the stuff stock pickers all seek..we have one here in CPX :-)

I would think it logical to assume any compensation from Maxwell/Tesla will dwarf little Ioxus award and with new patents filed for a number of existing and new products beyond 2030 the foundations are in place for new licences and anyone else who has infringed :-)

cpx also have a number of new patents filed as it is an ongoing process, expire renew etc adjust file again etc and re Maxwell they infringed for years selling a huge munber of products that CPX had the IP for and now require compensation for :-)
