1.40p...up 100% at one point to 1.70p, pulled back after initial profit taking, quick trades, etc. Warrant holders profit by 10% when sp hits 2.20p (issued @ 2p, expire 16.09.21)...looks like more in the tank going forward now project derisked.

whatever your buy in price, the warrant holders will make a 10% profit when the sp is 2.20p (warrants issued at 2p, due to expire 16.09.21) so there is an initial realistic target. Wwarrant holders often like more than 10%, however, step by step....

with the potential sums involved Maxwell/Tesla will clearly contest the infringement, CPX advised them and requested licence fees years ago, however, Maxwell just carried on using CPX patents to further their own profits, much like Ioxus who then tried to dodge (so far) the few million quid they oweby selling the business on...CPX won the first case of infringement and are in pursuit of the money owed and it would seem likely the sums involved with Maxwell will dwarf the original if same applies ...

Hi Matt, I think your figures outlook not too far away and although value is not dirt cheap (there are very few, if any, around that are) better quality businesses are simply going to offer good value and opportunity for an increasing sp going forward. I think it reasonableto assume with the growth in the records aspect and the expected continued increase in IT recycling that £5 figure is going to be challenged at some point. Polar Capital securing 5% so far of RST is encouraging as their new position, I would suggest, supports our own view of the potential ahead

yup, transistion to a more sustainable recurring revenue business is on track and a very decent pipeline that will hopefully be converted to actual and should provide a major uplift in outlook and sp going forward, sp has been stuck around current levels for some time, however clearly the increase in retaining customers on the new and preferred business model has been gradually improving ...

with a trading update likely to appear at some pont in the next few weeks , the transformation to producer along with new product ranges etc. it would be reasonable to expect the forward look to be ever improving. The covid situation clealry impacted everyone everywhere, however, as it starts to ease CPX can at last get going again, CPX has global products, a global IP and currently an AIM level sp without the potential global growth factored in :-)
