Jiffy, Im glad that you have go through the prospectus in detail. I dont think many ppl out there really spend time reading it, and just keep waiting on the news to come. I think they should believe in what they are investing, instead of guessing.

My thoughts on the timeframe is due to factors around the region not just the WAR and Macroeconomics but also EU regulations around crypto, fiat on/offramps and adherence to strict KYC and AML laws.

I like to spend time understand the business instead of waiting for new daily. if anyone dont understand the business i suggest to put the money else where.

just my opinion, UK/Europe will be the first integrating stablecoins to their financial system. UK gov strongly backed digital currency / Stablecoins. So no matter how long we wait, we are still ahead of the game, but hopefully not too long... because others are catching up .

Fiat Collateralised stablecoin is the way to go in my opinion, this way it is easier to get regulated by the FCA.
Such reserves are maintained by independent custodians and are regularly audited.
