RE: What Does Delisting Mean For Us?2 Jan 2025 15:09
I've not posted about SNG for a long while and I kissed this holding goodbye gone long ago and I'm massively down on my original 2020 investment............It seems to me that TFG has a good chance of delisting from the AIM and from the video with RM it seems that SNG want to delist in my opinion as TFG as SNG have waived the right to do it.
I'm also unsure even after Googling and reading here what it really will mean for existing shareholders with regards to delisting, but from bitter previous experience you can bet that PI's will be ripped off as always. My real thoughts are, do TFG really want to proceed with P2 and do they really think it has a chance of succeeding where it failed before, I assume they do if they are investing 18 million or is this a ploy just to delist the company but I don't know what the benefit or the real ambition of TFG could be.
Overall I've got that sinking feeling again with SNG but that's ok as I've known SNG were sinking for a few years now after zero activity and after the previously failed P2, now do I take my open offer for additional shares? LOL, it's a proper casino dice roll, either kiss goodbye to a large existing investment or gamble more to win possibly win some more back of your original stake!!
I for one don't want to entirely lose my existing investment so I think I will take the OO and also buy additional shares at 2p just to get my horrible average down and hope they don't delist and try and sell should the P2 trial go ahead as the price may get to around 8-15p on a potential P2 with lots of luck!!!
