Not so sure?? But the practice of forward selling should be banned and companies seeking to raise equity finance should instead be encouraged to do so from existing shareholders, and new investors, on equal terms, with preference being given to the former where demand exceeds supply.

The answers to your questions were mostly covered in the presentation.. Delays are common in this game. Regarding Ireland 50/50 chance IMO should find out soon hopefully. If it’s good news then will give the SP a needed boost.. Alternatively would be bad timing on what is already a crippled SP
