This year could be a game changer.

The bottom line is that Ireland needs energy, and the much-promoted wind solution will not cut it. We need to look at fossil fuel.

Ireland’s share of global greenhouse gas emissions was 0.1%. Frankly, Ireland does not matter. Climate change won’t be materially impacted whether Ireland emitted zero greenhouse gas emissions or doubled it.
