Sent the below and hopefully we can get a response.
Dear Paul,
I hope you’re keeping well.
I’m writing to follow up on previous messages, especially following our constructive conversation during the interview on April 8th. That dialogue gave many of us confidence in the potential for a more open, transparent line of communication going forward. However, I’ve yet to receive responses to the specific points I raised afterward, and the silence since then has unfortunately been felt quite sharply across the investor community.
Of immediate concern is the continued lack of a confirmed date for the in-person shareholder meeting in London. We’ve been patient, but with several investors needing to travel long distances and coordinate schedules, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to justify the delay. Many had expected a firm date to be announced by now, and the absence of that commitment is feeding frustration at a time when confidence is already fragile.
This frustration is growing rapidly across retail holders, and notably within our shareholder Discord group—now representing approximately 14% of declared ownership. There is mounting discussion around formal actions, including calling a Meeting of the Members and initiating a vote of no confidence in certain board members, primarily due to the lack of shareholder engagement, ongoing share price underperformance, and the perception of disproportionate management incentives.
None of us want to see these tensions escalate unnecessarily. We remain supporters of Touchstone’s vision and long-term potential, but we do expect reciprocal engagement and timely communication—particularly in a period where many shareholders have stood firm through significant headwinds.
