Remember shares being issued today to cover fee

"Under the terms of the advisory agreement, Bacchus Capital will receive a fee of US$30,000 and, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, 325,000 shares on 31 January 2021, and a further 625,000 shares on 18 December 2021 should its engagement continue with the Company until such date."

I'm sure they have been driving it down. Taking a loss yes, but they will then buy them all back and more sub 10p. If they take it down too much someone else will make a move. Wish I sold out to buy back but definitely holding now and I'm looking to add.

We all know a fair value is around 40p, so the lower you take it the more dumb PI's like me will buy. And the lower you take it the more it will rise because you won't have any shares left to sell.

Off for another top up. Lol

There are many shares like this that are materially undervalued. It is about time PI's clubbed together and stopped shares being shorted, drifting after news and being walked down for a placement. Maybe the tables are about to turn.

Indeed. It takes time to sort these deals out. I have little doubt that once sorted this will be a real winner

We have a permit to mine and a customer but no finance to go forward. They need to sort the money out fast or this will carry on drifting. I thought the big customer was going to help with the funding and a deal on this would have been announced at the same time. Can't think why the name of the partner was held back. Hopefully will be revealed soon. An ops update is needed fast.

The shorting is stopping. Gap to fil

I'm now in a loss. Crazy seeing all very positive announcements. Panic sellers flooding in, but maybe the wise are those buying. We will see.

I have a feeling that the entity that bought the shares at 14.5p are about to buy more. I also think that they are shorting this and the entity may be the Asian customer. Just a feeling but I think they want a sizeable stake and will then provide finance. They will soon need to close the GAP and if I am right a TR1 will be issued.

A similar drop happened with GGP in the JV announcement. Lost about a third. Then went from 1.6p to 33p. I should have sold at 13p, but at this level it is a bargain and I am considering adding. Good luck

Great sale of stone, but not enough to gain a picture of current production, profitability and proceeds from other diamonds. The cash is being invested to transform the mine, but in the past they have been economic with the truth. I have a neutral view on BRD but hoping for a real turnaround.

Good update but no doubt they are expecting more delays and the new broker is arranging a placing. Watch your backs. This is being ramped for a reason.

Biden is very good news for the demand of rare earths. Troubled global times ahead but shares that support climate change will shine. Countries will spend heavily on green technology to kick start economies. MKA will prosper.

I rate this as a strong buy. My price target is 80p plus.

If we have been approached, we may hear soon. Could be a reason the presentation was low key.
