Strange but I have noticed that a stock MR P ramps such as VAL OMI GGP MATD often declines in value WHEN he is on the bulletin board. I suspect he makes a few losses when he is promoting his latest share as the best one on earth. His latest OMI has a potentially great jv but the historic costs and losses are seismic and if these are ongoing it may end in a bad way.
