After all this nonsense the only sensible option here is to try to instigate a sale of some kind at a reasonable price - put a value on the whole thing and see if there are any takers, I'd imagine that has to be the next step here......put everyone out of their misery

Maybe not. Maybe the agreement is Croda are just there to promote it and there is no 'revenue' for SBTX? Thats what it reads like to me.

Back to 10p - not great and looks like the market agreed with you - not enough meat on the bones......I'm just hoping they try and set this thing up for a sale to one of the bigger players in the market

Lots of great points below, I'm pretty new to this one but all I know is the market cap does not stack up at all based on the overall assets & outlook, therefore over time this will prove a great investment, I can't see how this does not double in 3 years, once way or another.

No doubt this company is either going private or getting sold, and this guys ave. is now about 15p I believe - so I'd say 20p to 25p - if your ave. is above that you're going to get done over

Yep, they proved they are not burning cash, which is great, but no evidence they can make a profit either. I think that update should be enough to get us back to late teens before the next business update in 3 months or so - go back to sleep until then

Only 40% hedged - rest is unhedged, so pretty good news there really, you can't 'buy back' the hedges now I'm afraid mate as the market has moved , it doesn't work like that...just be happy we're getting 60% of production at current market prices by the sounds of it......future hedges no doubt being put in place as well (at much higher prices than $69)

Dixon will continue to accumulate up to 29% - why not, massively reduce his average and only cost him a couple of extra million at these prices on top of the £10m already spent. Probably get his average down to 13-15p - then will effectively control the company and be able to block any hostile takeovers etc etc

Croda have nothing to announce. Worst case here will be a buyout by the main shareholder group.

Yep, if a Dixon takeover is the plan I'd imagine any initial bid will come in about 25p per share and negotiate from there, it would have to be at a premium to the prices he paid late last year , for now I'm 'happy' to hold as he will certainly know far more than anyone else in regards the health of the company

Just consolidation after a 100% rise - tiny volume last 2 days, just waiting for next piece of major news I'd say
