agreed, it does look suspicious to any sane long term holder but there has to be continued panicking PI selling at these levels as these trades are definitely happening.
Cant believe shorters are still selling off at these levels or there would have to some some serious concerns re them having inside info, no?

Spot on spk. Go Ahead(GOG) shares were suspended in similar circumstances recently and have now almost trebled from the lows of that time.

thanks Rockon but the point I made was trades are not being stimulated in this stock so therefore nobody, not even the MMs , can make worthwhile money on a big dip with no volume? When you go through the small amount of trades yesterday they were all insignificant penny numbers yet SP down +4%.

How an SP tumbles 4% on 8k share trades when there are 43M in circulation.
Trading update pretty much as expected with no surprises?

When they are already strongly hinting on make up of board you have to assume the deal is done.
Would be great if not and there is more interest but unlikely now, no?

Good post Moonman, I have come round and agree now that the driver shortage is clearly not short term and Covid infection/isolation related altho at the time I posted that I stand by it was a massive factor.
The bus industry in the UK is now in a precarious place and right now that is reflected in the SPs of the big players. However good Public Transport is just as essential for a strong economy as it is the battle against congestion and the climate emergency. All Governments know that and are backing it massively not just with the current support schemes but also with green bus and infrastructure funding and we also have a great young person concession scheme coming next year which will nurture and build bus patronage for the future.
The drivers pay and work life balance has to be addressed urgently tho as the industry cant let good customers down and force them into alternatives.
I continue to have faith and see a bright future and a significant upside here, NEX & GOG so increasing my investment steadily in all three at ATM. GLA
