Not a relative or friend or connected in any way. Just noticed the announcement that they hit their new subscriber target and started to look into them a little more. It's not for me to say whether the negativity is right or wrong, just that the business model makes sense. I like the idea of being able to actually talk to the telephone provider and resolve any issues - unlike BT which can take hours of calls to sort out. It looks like the board has some good experience in the telecoms sector (Talktalk etc) and their business model has a lot of growth potential.
