Although the founder 'invented' the Facilok, CerviLok and GRASP systems, the simple fact is the IP is outright owned by TruSpine Plc. Nothing has been done by the previous BoD to develop or move the company forward operationally, so this wholesale board change will spark everything back to life. Strauss looks like a straight talker - hopefully we'll see him interviewed to discuss everything soon.
