It doesn't matter that the raise was at 4p. The scale of the opportunity at Fort Dodge has created an opportunity for rapid expansion and in doing so has given Mendell an opportunity with more money to call in the loans to M3 Helium, complete the acquisition and create the Mendell Helium Monster. The only shame is that if this had been completed on AIM we'd probably be raising at 6p.
