I note another question re Mike Unwin on the TSP Investor Hub - this is the Chairman's response:

To be absolutely clear, Mr Unwin has had nothing to do with the management of TruSpine since before the new Directors joined the Board of the company. Whilst he had historically provided some services to the company, these all ceased before the new management team took over in May 2024.

The company has no knowledge as to Mr Unwin’s involvement in anything to do with any cryptocurrency, because there have been no discussions with him on any aspect of the company’s strategy in more than a year.

The company does not have any commercial link to Mr Unwin, does not seek any advice from Mr Unwin, nor from any business with which he is connected.

Whilst there will continue to be speculation that somehow he is mysteriously pulling strings in the background, the reality is that the company has moved on, Mr Unwin has moved on and there is no longer any commercial relationship whatsoever.

As Chairman of the company, I have not spoken with Mr Unwin in over a year, and then only in his position as a small private shareholder; how he is somehow supposedly influencing our bitcoin treasury policy is beyond me.

This is really poised to fly, exciting stuff from Mendell!
