Sold some of my SCGL because I have idea why it is rising, so placed a trade & hopefully MM will swallow it up quick and take us back up through that weekly 200 day line

Yeah, It was the 50% ownership of owners there (£1mil of there money), with only c.750m shares in issue, so only 375m in free float, and a main market listing, that had me take a small punt ages ago, which could come good.

So I took a small punt ages ago, but I have no idea on any fundamentals, but a tiny free float, and now they seem to be in demand!

If you had got in at the bottom 18 bags up there already - although I dont nrecommend anyone invest there as I haven't got the faintest clue what is causing it. Maybe it will allow for a nice trade here or at my other Tech hopeful,

Old chart analysis, here's hoping!

Have some random shares in SCGL which seems to be going a bit crazy all of a sudden. If they go up much higher tomorrow, then I could get enough for a reasonable trade here, and leave a bit as they are bouncing.

No idea on the fundamentals at SCGL just seems to be moving on a small free float, management owning 50% and a main market listing - anyone know anything about it?

Still hoping to get my trading pot out of TERN at some point too.

I did mention you should have sold MATD and bought here when we were at 0.18 listening to all your nonsense.

If you remember I said MATD could go down much lower, and here could go up much higher.

What is your target buy in price? what is wrong with this price?

I understand you have been angry, at LTH, and that they have been angry at you (because they bought high). But to be fair, you did warn people that market forces were changing higher up, in you RNSs and meetings. And LTH chose not to sell (because of the potential), and also there are the bears always negative about TERN not helping.

But I think it is time to put that in the past, and make friends, for the good of TERN, because anger is not "a force for good - it is not a good emotion". And you never sold any shares up there, knowing that market forces were not good then, you held strong "like good management should", and now you add shares.

Can you help, and put your big hand in your big pocket, and make TERN shares gap up through all that resistance to NAV at 2.5p. Please give us a sign it is safe for others to buy, as both mine and Milabs (new LTH) pockets are empty.

Well actually I am the only long term holder here, and I haven't been here long, antelope slaughtered by bears in the TERN forest and Cams kite in shreds...

But I think big Al digging deep and buying in, is an offer of friendship to all, a sign that good will come and prevail

Next placing could be a gap up, raising funds at NAV, or people will buy upto NAV now even the bears say it is 2.3p - that is actually the first positive thing I hear you say about TERN - that we are currently below your own current NAV of 2.3p so logically we should rise upto it

I turned out positive company helping, you turned out negative - company destroying.

Haven't got the faintest about the fundamentals really, but small free float, high percentage management ownership and main market listing are all good points, plus big trades sound like good points.

Google shows it as 13p back in 2017 - lift off after a long flat consolidation dormant could be good - somebody wants them, but still as cheap as possible

Management wants them would be my guess, with a "please don't buy" RNS to slow it down, I might sell a few if it goes much higher, but I will be keeping some for sure, could go anywhere, it doesn't look like it wants to go down though - but who knows! - been here long enough so may as well wait a bit longer

This post upset me, that you sent on remembrance Sunday, with my name taken in honour of my Grandad in the Navy in WWII, and also after all his friends lost underwater.

With him gambling on the horses and always reading the racing post, and me reading the charts helping to feel a bit closer to him, then it being the anniversary of his birthday this week.

So you saying I saw Ferryman in my IG charts, and TERN back below 2017 lows, I think you went beyond just being rude, and insulted me and my grandad, and all his lost friends, that didn't get a chance to read the racing post and look at charts... think you need to apologise.

Your post on remembrance Sunday upset me - so not sorry for calling you negative nasty bears, but OK to be amicable to have a peaceful discussion about TERN NAV.

Who know which NAV is right, I still think mine is, you think yours is (worlds apart!), but lets try to work it out on what you said first 2.3p which is less than TERN reported 2.5p - 2.3 is a TERN MCAP of £11.5 Mil.

So lets say for argument sake that Device Authority - DA is 50% or TERN value, FundamentalVR and Talking Medicnes 25% each make up the other 50%.

So if we just concentrate on DA, the Value of TERNs 30% share of DA is £6.25 mil, DA total market value is £21 mil - Or have Tern or you got a better calculation for value of DA?

And then lets assume TERN MCAP back in 2017 at the low, was roughly similar to today, and DA made up 50% of it back then. So how can it be that the rough value of DA back then, has not increased now, after the 7 years of development and investment?

So that is the calculation I want from you - where have TERN reported, or can you provided , the basis for the value of DA ?

Falling wedge breakout said it was upto 3.78 above peak of wedge break - 0.96

Interesting to see if we get a close above 0.96, we didn't yesterday.

First you say 2.3p now because you are trying to buy peoples sells below 2.3, you say 0.014

Because why would Directors buy at 1.25p and set next target at 2.5?

not much in here either, and busy today too, but had a quick s***** at chart.

i had yesterdays high marked by a previous hammer candle

and 3.78 based on a break above a falling wedge break, so interesting test to see if i can read a chart.

seem to get em upside down and back to front some days, 6p maybe more of a trend channel look. but who knows where something will go when they start to move like this.

Yeah I was busy in meetings yesterday, and didn’t notice that spike, I have no understanding about the fundamentals here really.

Bought a small amount a year or more ago, as someone said that management had 1 mil in, and small free float, main market listing… but they had been lying dormant.

I remember I looked at the chart, and on the basis of a falling weddge, I had something like a 4p target above I seem to remember about 1.2, then maybe much higher who knows.
