It is highly unusual. Pensana update the shareholder info, on average, every 12 days. It is clear they are waiting to publish the updated register alongside other information.

The person he refers to made the announcement on the TG group. the shareholder concerned has held 1.7m shares since Rift Valley days (about 8 years) and sold 500k over the last 4 weeks. He bought a house, a Land Cruiser and basically retired off this stock. His wife also owns a couple of hundred thousand shares and he has written he is not selling anymore. The reason for selling some of his holding is because he has identified a medical company he wishes to invest in.

Hogsnipe - An interesting coincidence occurred in the last few days that might interest you. Someone/some entity sat in the Vidacos Nominee account quietly accumulated 1.3m shares between 6th March and 13th March. Equally on the 13th March, Novice157 deleted his account on LSE and a handful of non contributing accounts also removed themselves from the Pensana shareholders T3l3gram group.

Probably all a coincidence.

Novice - You have a very odd/confused investment philosophy.

You're invested in a company you don't believe in. You admonish shareholders that attend company meetings and AGMs yet don't attend them yourself. You narrow your knowledge of the company because you don't want to be part of the wider shareholder community. You describe decisive informed shareholders as diehards or AGMers. And you look forward to a hypothetical event that will lose you money.

It's just weird.

A more balanced view is, Cascade are investing $165m for one purpose and one purpose only - to make money. Same as you and I. If they are investing now, the question is should you buy, sell or hold? Mirroring their behaviour would avoid being their prey, would it not?

The point is, anyone making decisions based on what they read on this chatboard is firmly in the 'prey' category.

Deborah - There is a shareholder group on another platform with most of the retail LTHs in it (a few with 7 figures plus shares) and some in the group are acquiring more shares right now. No LTH I know of is selling a single share. And when I say LTH we are are talking back to Rift Valley days.

CrudeTrader - Under normal circumstances I would completely agree. But I believe their hands are entirely tied. Another good question might be, why and by whom?

A reasonable question, but the more pertinent question is what are Pensana getting in return for the new deal? In isolation and in the short term it may be seen as a 'worse deal' but what if it is a great deal when you zoom out, take all the information available to us into consideration and look medium to long term?
