This is from half year results:

"As we look ahead, we now have better visibility to manage the GTF issues to their expected conclusion in F27 ".

In today's RNS they say:

" The Company is projecting a continued grounding of around 40 Airbus A320NEO family aircraft through F26 due to inspections required on its GTF fleet".

It seems to me the inspection will last 1 year less. Any idea on the interpretation of this last RNS??

US markets called down....shame this will be a year we don't get a xmas rally when it almost happens every year. Oh well...the chances were 78% we would get one. Garonne..IAG and the rest of the travel industry comes off a few very good months...none of the airline shares are plummetting...every now and then we get a couple of pence drop..its not a big deal. its normal trading...people get frustrated for 1 p fall after a mega rally....please!!!!!!

I said the chances of a santa rally are 78%...it's based on past christmases..By the way, we are down 0.33% at the moment so not a big change yet. Wait for Spring, we will be much higher.

IAGLONGTERM but not long enough...Christmas rally should be until 2nd trading in Jan..Have patience ...This share will go up even if we don't get a rally in the FTSE as we have witnessed in the last 3 months..Record profits next year too so I cant see this going back down..Lets see where we are in spring. US addressed the deadline for funding which will be signed by Biden today...Nothing else in the news to disrupt the Xmas rally starting monday...A lot of traders think the same.. Lets see Monday. GLA.
