Robbren, i said i want the war to end as soon as possible...most people on here want the same too before talking about money. Money is irrelevant if there is a WW..no one wants that.
I also have to make sure i protect myself as inflation will bite and keeping my money in cash is always losing value.
The priority is for this war to end though.

Marab, yes i agree.. At the moment I don' t really care about the share price at all. It will go up at some stage like it did during Covid and lately after covid in the west. All I care about is about these poor people that find themselves in a war they never wanted. I just hope it gets resolved now. People worry about this share price falling, the more it falls the worst the war gets. We will see £1.80 again...£2.00 will come too. IMHO.

Stock market is a short term gamble now but a fairly certain bet long term. If it came back from the 2008 events, it will come back from this. I suggest to ride the wave and keep calm. This will come to an end at some stage, hopefully sooner rather than later. The company is doing OK now, flights are departing and passenger numbers are still going up.
If one can add at a cheaper price it will pay off, if one can't add, wait patiently for it to go back up.
History suggests it will be fine.

Fuel hedges are in place so no near term problems. Oil prices will come down as soon as this is resolved, US will pump more oil in order to bring oil prices down. Demand is and will be strong in spring and summer as bookings suggest.
This share will go up in due time, as soon as the war is resolved.
Let's just hope for a peaceful resolution now and talks are scheduled today.

Robbren, if the worst happens, our money will be worthless...if we keep money in the bank, inflation will swallow it up, therefore i put it to work.. always have dry powder but will buy more if it goes down.. we shall see what happens.

Ronnie Heckman, the owner of Caddies bar and grill, told AFP he had decided to stop purchasing or serving Russian vodka in solidarity with Ukraine.

He now makes Kyiv Mules and White or Black Ukrainians instead of their Russian counterparts, donating a portion of the revenue from those drinks to the Ukrainian Children's Emergency Relief Fund.

Several US and Canadian stores, restaurants and bars have stopped serving Russian vodka, AFP reported.

If we get a ceasefire soon, which i think we will as the sanctions will hit Russia so so hard, they wish they never started this.
Some Russians on holiday had to cut their holidays short as their credit cards have been blocked and cannot take money out from ATM's to pay for hotels or food. But some Ucrainians on holiday in Italy have been put up by some hotels for free.
