oil will come down. travel will not be affected for some airlines as they have hedging in place to overcome temporary high fuel prices. People have amassed so much money in the last couple of years that they will be going on holiday no matter what. Plus we have all the liquidated russian assets money coming into other markets like the FTSE and DOW.
GL though, i enjoyed my ride with TLW from 17p to 62.5p. Its been great. DYOR.

50p to 55p is more realistic price. I shall wait till then to re-invest. GLA.

With a possibility for the conflict to end i can see oil prices crashing down again. maybe to 80-90 dollars , thats why i am in travel now. good chance of airlines flying high again after coming down quite a bit.

I sold yesterday at 62.50 but i wish you all the best of luck. I could see some profit taking today so i ploughed all my money into beaten down stocks like IAG and EZJ. Also I see an end to this conflict soon and oil should hopefully come down a bit , high oil prices are not good for the economy, Tullow included.

IAG is going back up now, this is too cheap to be ignored. Just look at the number of flights being operated. Number of business passengers going up too. We will be higher in due time!!

EZJ turned negative but i still think this is a steal. It will be £7-8 by year end i think. All IMHO.
IAG should be back to £1.80-£2.00 by year end too.

If people will cut travel, less oil will be needed. Recession will impact oil prices too.
The best thing is for oil to come down to normal levels where the economy can grow and oil companies can still make huge profits.
I still think travel stocks will do very well in the future.

60 % is still 60 %....Some US carriers are not hedged. I shall buy EZJ after selling some TLW which i had bought really really low, some at around 10 pence ( now just touched 62 p).

Will sell today if we get past 62p before results and invest in travel stocks even more..It's been great but i must take my profits and put money to work in beaten down shares.
Happy with my huge returns though.. yeahhhhhhh.

IAG is still flying around and increasing number of flights and passengers carried. In fact last weekend it was a record according to an article!! Plus they are hedged as well and the spike in oil might not last. So, for the time being this has become too much of a bargain and i loaded..
I think IAG is still doing ok now. All IMO.

EZj has almost lost everything!! well done to BB, lost his few percentage points he had made back! Ahahah.

I personally have put money at work in oil (gone up 20%)and i am considering cashing in...i have also bought more IAG at 1.17 and £1.23 as it is a bargain.DYOR.

Not typical at all!!! As hedge funds liquidate Russian assets which stood at $86B in Dec 2021, even if they were worth half of that, this money would have to find its way into other markets as leaving it in Cash is not an option.
Plus, i reckon they will come to an agreement, we can start seeing that from the language used. We will soon find out but i reckon this will go up. GLA.

If there is a ceasefire, expect the clown of Toenail to disappear as quickly as he came!! Hope they find a resolution and we can get rid!!
