I think many of us invested in MMX too early and have had to endure years of disappointment as a result.Looking back i believe that i can only now view MMX as a viable ineestment from the point that TH became CEO..We are a different company to what i first invested in..A company that has a measured and focused vision of where it is going .I remember the days when we released five tlds on the same day..crazy...Im in and staying..We are building a solid company,

Fantastic RNS,further advancing MMXs attractiveness to investors.

The SP has come off a bit but good growth story here.lots of new shops opening.Keeping the sales figures up in individual stores is important as we fall deeper into the Brexit hole.

I believe Boston will perform better than Miami.There is a level of understanding learnt from past mistakes in launches and a degree of professionalism under TH that was absent before.These next few months will further underline the current obsurdity of our valuation.

According to the IC article the review will be concluded by the end of the year at latest ,with the possibility of a conclusion at any time .Reading TH statement in the RNS ,he specifically mentions that there may or may not be a sale of the company at the end of the process. I may have it wrong ,but there is no mention of any other activity,merger etc.Its my feeling that a buyout of the company is being negotiated. just my own opinion of course.atb

Its always important to believe in the company and management you are invested in ,if you don�t ,then sell .Running out of patience during a review costing ��� that could conclude in a sale of the company,seems a to me ,a decision that will lead to regret for anyone ,more so long term investors, Each to their own though.

Why are so many wanting INSB to sell at 11p..So he said he would ,probably in frustration.Im frustrated to but i say hang on .In reality this company has only been an investment for the period TH has been CEO..Its coming good INSB..atb

Results far exceed my expectations ,excellent progress.Billings are on target to match last year without a big VIP type tld launch and costs have been slashed again to around $5.2m on an annualised basis. We have a solid and profitable company with the prospect of a take over at some point.Im very happy with what management have achieved . Excellent work.

Agreed Bonum. MMx have received multiple approaches,confirming the increasing value of our assets to bigger fish.Can only be a positive in my book whether we continue as we are or take up one of the options.Win /Win all the way.

Indeed Bakky, Management have indicated as much .ViP launch gave us great figures last year but in the absence of a major new tld launch we cant expect the same in the first half this year.Second half will be another mattter with the benefit of VIP premium sales .

I do not suggest that take over is the only option.I did say ,"In the event" It is an option as valid as any other..Bakky..I agree four months is a long time..I do not discount any of the options.It could be that some of them are complex and need time

I would imagine that in the event that we reject a cash offer the SP would adjust upwards to reflect what a suitor values the company.I certainly do not want to see the SP lower than it is now.. 15/16p post rejected bid..The company needs to reflect progress made in order to attract future investment.I do agree Jal74 25p will be fine.

Its not happy viewng for sure but the essential point is that operational progress is excellent.As perplexing as the SP drop is ,we have the absolute security of an undervalued and profitable company.

I also like to have decent reserves in the bank..
