I do not see the additional shares due to SJ as an issue to any buyer,Its part of the ICM acquisition and as such has been well posted for the past six months.As a matter of fact we will only have an additional 125m shares to the total that existed before the buy back some years ago.

In addition to the list of positives stated by Sj the buyer would strip out our running costs and have a highly profitable bolt on business..It must be a no brainer on the face of it.

I'm.not sure that .shopping is doing as badly as numbers suggest.In six months it has 1400 in high premium revenue ,compare that to the English language version of 8.7k over some years and I don't think it's so bad.Revenue high but limited market..I think similar to ICM strategy.As for luxe, Yes I would have liked to have been 5k or more by now but I really believe this is going to serve us well,and this is totally due to TH's innovative thinking..Without it we can compare. luxury,880 domains sold..so we know .luxe was a dog turned into a premium product with steady sales and substantial potential.I have a .luxe wallet and I can tell you it has made life a lot easier.Its my view that over time .luxe is going to bring home the bacon for us.
I think we have a great team with a good mix of talents and with TH as CEO we will go from strength to strength.I feel the SP as much as the next guy but for me this is an opportunity to add to my holdings.Im.here to make money and I will..Carry on the good work TH.

I do have to agree that the "shortly"statement was not very clever and created an expectation that was never going to happen..having said that we don't have long to wait now..

I don't think any sensible person thinks we have fair value..In respect of new investors the current price represents good /fair value..But a bare bones valuation of this company,..as has been discussed in many posts ,is way below fair value..

I was looking for the part in the last RNS that states JPand BM are forgoing ,for the time being their salaries in the interest of the shareholders and company .Leadership does not go that far of course.

I regret,not well.He has become withdrawn and unresponsive but I believe his brother is seeing him on a regular basis..I don't know him well but I know he is a very decent man and I just hope something will rescue his investment..Thanks for your thoughts..
