There was something I vaguely remember about the Algerian/Spanish Maghreb pipeline contract coming to an end around 2021 and that Morocco has expressed a strong desire to be self-sufficient by then and more importantly not to renew anything with the Algerians, dates and time, of course, to be corrected by the ones that know but it would imho lead me to think that the Moroccans have no desire to jepordise ,any producing field ,any exploration etc that may expedite that self sufficientcy

There have been many on here Partridge who have disagreed with your technical analysis forecasts well I for one think that the fundamentalists certainly haven't done any better and that technical analysis along with just plain old results at the drill bit may just give many the edge as per this link :
