It seems to me that there was naivety on the bods part to think they could enter an fsp with the data held at the time to think they could get a good price/sale. I suspect this was picked up by the credible buyer and this is why we are stuck until the ruskys can pull their finger out and sign off on dfs....

The placing creates dilution but this may then be offset by the implementation use of the funds... in turn if seen as accretive will attract more interest and shareholder funds which will increase the sp....isn't that the whole point!?

For due diligence purposes the company assets would need to be valued properly before sale I expect
