You don't sell cash and the company has been billed
They will pay in cash .....
Assets can be sold in limited circumstance
That would only be relevant to a liquidator and if an insolvency event occurs
Just answer the question toffers....the fact things are not transpiring as you might think could be an judicature of the outcome...
Anybody would think you want the company to fail completely.....is this true toffers?
I don't think the issuance appears to meet the test under sec 122....
The point being where it is shown...
The case will be moved I think
I've already paid enough..they can sell something
Toffers...hey mate nice and detailed ....are you billing for this advice? Just wondered some may prefer a terms document to read first 😉
The gazette appears to have over 167k wups issued....hmmm seems they are used in quantity. Perhaps they will accept a business iva? 🤔 🤣
Toffers you keep repeating the same stuff over and over...we get your points but we are adults
It's almost like toffers wants the company to go down....what does this say about his feelings for those still in? 🤔
Don't complain to us write to cs
If ur out toffers then I do wonder about your apparent desire to snipe from the sidelines....
Think we all knew it was an unpaid bill.... most firms charge out for every 6 mins of work....
Toffers if you were to try to be less sensationalist then maybe you would not get the retorts. You appear to be suspicious at all times. And yes I am sure there are a number of other professionals watching you.
I come across lawyers almost every week and I am aware of the mistakes they make
You were a lawyer although I doubt corporate was your specialism....its not unheard of so do not exaggerate thank you.
