I tell you even lawyers can get it wrong.. I would want a full time spent list and compare this with hourly rate vis who did what etc to see. It seems to me the company feel they have been over billed, which is possible. Just because the wip list has entries on there does not necessarily ensure accuracy. Anything with human involvement is subject to potential mistakes
