I dont know.. if I was on the bod I would give shareholders reasons and timescale, detail of goals, who and when and then Explain why I deserve to sit on the bod in first place. Being a large shareholder does not mean I'm competent, nor does being a director of some other company. I'm afraid we've seen the market cap fall substantially and someone has to pay the price....
