Russia/Putin could be delighted with a Trump win, possible threat in a weapons halt to Ukraine and peace talks with Putin.

Iran could see Israel get unlimited weapons from America and more US strategic operations with a Goal to overthrowing the Iranian Regime, maybe not the full US Military though.

North Korea probably does not care.
