I would have preferred Zelensky to not have put Neo-Nazis in his National Army (Azov Battalion), Ukraine could have conscripted people at 18 for service duty/training, to have sought peace with the Western side of Ukraine even if that involved money, brokered peace with Russia and become a gateway between Russia and Europe, perhaps they would have had to give up Crimea for good, not tried to join Nato.
