Not really true at all. They have a minute as to how much they can take. Also sometimes it's a form of payment to them rather than given them cash from the accounts.

Those that are selling suddenly realise that there is not a placing happening, instead we get a licensing deal or Diagnostic being sold (be it cheaper than what it was bought for). All this could be buying time as a buyer is already suggested or going Nasdaq with a joint listing.

Crazy people think placing and that are selling now will buy back at a higher price.
